Looking for HR Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performance appraisal/Evaluation of  every resource
• Induction programme for every new resource
• Ensure company resources are engaged properly and efforts towards goal of the company.
• Provide support for recruitment
• Handling Executive mandate sourcing screening and selection.
• Contributing in effective ways of sourcing, screening, interviewing, analyzing the fitments, and sharing the observations
• Involved in sourcing candidates through effective channels like Internet Job Boards, cold calling & headhunting, passive candidate sourcing, competitive research, company mapping, networking & blogging, raising an visibility of Confluence in all HR events and Job Fairs
• Active networking with tier-2 B-Schools and MBA colleges in South India.
• Develop and effective plans and activities to improve HR system and development

Desired Profiles:

• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Good written and spoken English and presentation skills
• Experience and ability to use MS Office word, excel and power-point, etc
• Confident personality
• Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
• Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision
• Ability to prioritize own work load and work to tight time scales & deadlines
• At least 3 years of experience in related field, preferably education industry
• Willing to travel
